DENVER (Aug. 18, 2020) - More than 17,000 Colorado households that receive Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits may have received a notice that they received zero benefits for the Month of August in error.

MINDSOURCE Brain Injury Network releases state plan

DENVER (Aug. 13, 2020) - The Colorado Department of Human Services' MINDSOURCE Brain Injury Network, in partnership with the Colorado Brain Injury Advisory Board, has released its Brain Injury State Plan, which resulted from 18 months of planning by a 20-member board. The plan will result in the creation of a strengthened system of services and supports that maximizes the independence, well-being and health of Coloradans with brain injuries.

Colorado Behavioral Health Task Force passes system reform

DENVER (Aug. 6, 2020) - In a unanimous vote, the Colorado Behavioral Health Task Force (BHTF) passed a recommendation to create a new behavioral health administration, part of the bold work the BHTF has been working on for more than a year. This is one step toward ensuring high-quality, integrated, people-centered behavioral health care services. The recommendation will be part of Colorado's Behavioral Health Blueprint, a roadmap to major transformation, which will be issued later this summer.

DENVER (21 de julio 2020) — El Departamento de Servicios Humanos (CDHS por sus siglas en inglés), en conjunto con el Departamento de Educación de Colorado (CDE), se placen en anunciar que desde el 22 de julio aquellos residentes de Colorado con niños matriculados en una escuela empezarán a recibir beneficios de asistencia alimentaria a través del programa de Transferencias Electrónicas de Beneficios Durante la Pandemia (P-EBT). Este programa apoyará a las familias de Colorado durante la pandemia de COVID-19.
