Gov. Jared Polis signed a bill establishing a new state Behavioral Health Administration, transforming how Colorado will deliver mental health and substance use services to all Coloradans.

Robert Werthwein, director of the Colorado Department of Human Services, Office of Behavioral Health, released a statement on Colorado House Bill 21-1258, which passed the Colorado House Public & Behavioral Health & Human Services Committee today.
