SMART Act Performance Plan
CDHS prepares an annual performance plan to outline its goals and priorities for the upcoming fiscal year. This plan reflects the Department’s vision and aligns with its Better Together Strategic Plan. It also follows the guidelines of Colorado’s of Colorado’s State Measurement for Accountable, Responsive, and Transparent Government Act, known as the SMART Act.
County C-Stat
County C-Stat is a performance-based system that helps CDHS track and improve how well county-based services are working. By using data and regular evaluations, County C-Stat helps ensure better outcomes for the people who rely on these services.
