March 31, 2023 — Are you a parent or caregiver who has either paid or received child support? Would you like to help improve the system? If your answer is yes, we have an opening for a parent representative commissioner on Colorado's Child Support Commission (CSC) and would love for you to complete the online application by July 20.

The CSC, which is appointed by the governor, is charged with conducting a review of the child support guidelines and examining discretionary issues presented by members and various stakeholders. Commissioners are appointed by the governor to serve four-year terms and are comprised of members from an array of stakeholder groups.

The CSC currently meets virtually on the fourth Monday of every month from 12:30-3:30 p.m. Several optional subgroups also meet virtually monthly on specific topics.

The Colorado Department of Human Services encourages people of diverse backgrounds to apply.

If you need assistance completing the application, please contact Kyle Zinth at 720.602.6807 or kyle.zinth@state.co.us.
