2Generation Opportunities, or 2GO, is an effort to help Colorado communities innovate and create their own ways of engaging in a two-generation approach to service delivery. In November 2018, the 2GO pilot awarded 10 grants of $100,000 each to both rural and urban community collaborators who proposed innovative ways to address complex systemic challenges that impede families' ability to reach their full potential. The 2GO pilot grants have built community readiness and brought together more than 400 community partners using a collective-impact approach. This pilot has opened the door for workforce and family support, early childhood education and behavioral health to sit at the same table and create new solutions while capturing the voice of families. Check out all the great work the communities are doing to put the entire family on a path to permanent economic success below.
