RGAP Time-Limited Task Group

The RGAP Time-Limited Task Group is a subcommittee of the Child Welfare Sub-PAC. The group is charged with making recommendations to update and revise the Relative Guardianship Assistance Program (RGAP) administrative rules where necessary. RGAP is located in Section 7.311 and provides assistance for children/youth to achieve permanency if reunification and adoption are not appropriate permanency goals.
