Request for proposal: Expansion of Behavioral Health Safety Net Grant Program

The Office of Behavioral Health is currently seeking to provide grants for the expansion or improvement of local or regional behavioral health disorder treatment and recovery programs in alignment with Senate Bill 19-222 and expand safety net services for enhanced outpatient and/or comprehensive behavioral health services that meet the behavioral needs in a community, per the attached solicitation documents.

All interested parties are encouraged to review the Vendor Self Service Portal (VSS) for information regarding this solicitation. Vendors will be required to be registered to receive an award. Complete instructions for becoming a registered vendor are provided in the documents located on the VSS site. For additional help with the VSS site, please contact the help desk via email at VSSHelp@state.co.us or by calling 303.866.6464. The Colorado VSS Help Desk is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
