Pueblo Regional Center (PRC) is a collection of group homes that serves adult individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) who need additional support to stabilize and return to community residential settings. PRC provides quality, specialized services and support by promoting growth, participation, contributions and capabilities.

A home to learn and grow

PRC has been nestled in the Pueblo West community since the early 1980s. Currently, there are nine group homes, all conveniently located near the main offices and learning center. Each group home is equipped with large dining areas, common living space and large backyards used for a variety of activities and meals.

Recent updates, making double rooms into private rooms, has been a significant initiative for the PRC homes. The strategy to implement smart home technology, for example, TherapConnect and remote control devices in the group homes, will be initiated in FY 2025-26.
