The data below reflects orders from the court, by individual, with legal status for both inpatient and outpatient evaluation and restoration orders each month.
Admissions and Discharges
The data below reflects admissions and discharges for individuals found incompetent to proceed and ordered to restoration treatment. It is important to note that these charts include admissions and discharges of Pretrial Detainees coming off of the waitlist but also includes admissions and discharges that function as transfers between facilities (e.g. if a Pretrial Detainee is transferred between a RISE location and CMHHiP, or private hospitals to a RISE location, etc.).
Length of Stay by Location
The data below reflects the length of stay for all competency restoration clients from the date of admission to the date of discharge. It is important to note that this includes discharges of all status', to include; restored, dismissed, bonded, and transfers between facilities.
