Communication Services for People with Disabilities Enterprise

The Communication Services for People with Disabilities Enterprise was established by Colorado House Bill 25-1154. The purpose of the Enterprise is to facilitate the provision of communication services between individuals without communication-related disabilities with individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, and deafblind, or have speech disabilities. The Enterprise is housed within the Colorado Department of Human Services and administers funds collected via the telephone disability access surcharge. A governor-appointed board oversees the Enterprise.
