CDHS FAIR Action Plan

The CDHS FAIR Framework and Action Plan helps provide alignment for our large and complex organization toward shared, measurable outcomes for individuals and teams to prioritize any activities, efforts, initiatives, practices and programming that will collectively achieve our goals in these areas:

  • Fairness in employee recruitment and retention
  • Access to information, experiences, processes, programs, learning, services, and spaces
  • Impact through leadership development and career growth opportunities
  • Relationships through impactful employee- and community-led engagement

It outlines the overarching activities our agency works to accomplish through deliberate actions to improve policies, processes, programs, services and spaces with the communities we serve. This plan aims to ensure barrier-free delivery of health and human services and chart a roadmap forward for this ongoing work.
