The CDHS Equity Action Plan 2021-2025 demonstrates our commitment to embedding equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) throughout our organization. It outlines the overarching activities our agency hopes to accomplish over the next 3-5 years through deliberate actions to improve processes, culture and engagement of our employees and with the communities we serve.
This plan aims to tackle the long-standing barriers to achieving a more equitable delivery of human services and chart a roadmap forward for this ongoing work.
