Colorado Emergency Support Function (ESF) #6

The Colorado Department of Human Services is statutorily responsible for Colorado Emergency Support Function (ESF) #6, based on the State Emergency Operations Plan. ESF #6 addresses mass care, emergency assistance, housing and human services. CDHS has a seat in the State Emergency Operations Center and serves as the coordinator for all ESF #6 activities across the state.
